IT QA Analyst II – Forms and Ratings (3 openings)
Rate is $35C2C
Position Overview: This QA Analyst will be responsible for conducting software QA testing on multiple applications in the following environments: SQL Server, .Net, Java, Data Warehouse, HP NonStop. This individual will write test plans and test cases based on business requirement and technical specifications; conduct function, regression, integration, automation, and performance testing. This person must have insurance rating experience and strong insurance industry knowledge.
Position Description:
Required:
· 5 + years IT QA testing experience.
· 5 + years experience in programming languages, such as C#, C++ or Java.
· 5 + years experience in MS SQL, SQL Server database and back-end testing.
· 5 + years experience in writing test plan and test cases, and experience in both manual and automated testing
· Experience in multiple testing methodologies in SDLC life cycle.
· Experience in defect tracking using defect tracking tools
· Must be able to work under self direction with minimal supervision and guidance; be able to prioritize assigned work and coordinate with other team members and business users.
· Excellent people skills when interacting with developers and users.
· Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience is required (Computer Science Degree is big plus)
· HP NonStop experience is big plus
· Must be excellent in MS Office Applications
IT QA Analyst III (2 openings)
Rate is $50 C2C
Position Overview: The IT QA Analyst will conducting software QA testing on multiple applications in the following environments: SQL Server, .Net, Java, HP NonStop and Data Warehouse. This individual will write test plans, test cases based on business requirement and technical specifications; conduct module level testing, regression, integration, automation, and performance testing.
Position Description:
Required:
· At least 10 + years software life cycle QA testing experience.
· Strong technical skills in SQL, Dynamic SQL, programming (any language), QA automation (either using automation tools or programming language) and database.
· 4 + years experience in White-Box Testing
· 5+ years of experience in automation testing using HP Quality Center and QTP, or other automation testing tools.
· Strong experience in writing test plan and test cases based on use cases. Experience in multiple testing methodologies.
· Experience in defect tracking using defect tracking tools
· Must be able to work under self direction with minimal supervision and guidance, prioritizing own work and coordinating with other team members and business users.

Position Overview: The hire will be responsible for improving the overall testing effort by designing and implementing automation frameworks and testing tools using programming and test automation skills. This may require working with existing tools such as QTP or creating new test tools. Additionally, the hire may be required to participate in manual testing and will be required to write test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.

· 5+ years of programming experience with at least one of the following languages: C++, C#, Java, Visual Basic, VBScript.
