Symantec is looking for an online marketing analyst to join the eCommerce Web Acquisition team. This is a contract-to-hire position. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze, monitor, assess and evaluate key performance indicators for each online marketing channel globally and across top markets.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for web acquisition channels.
- Partner with the Business Intelligence team to create data repositories.
- Investigate and understand the impact of systematic and seasonal factors on performance.
- Ensure the required tracking and instrumentation is in place to collect accurate data.
- Coordination of budget monitoring across online marketing channels.
Skills
- 3 years of experience in an analytical role.
- Understanding of online marketing, particularly SEO, paid search, and affiliates.
- Strong with Excel, Access, or relational databases.
- Experience using web analytics, preferably Omniture.
- Experience using Business Objects or similar tools desirable.
- Knowledge of SQL desirable.
- Strong communication skills.
Education
Bachelor´s degree required. MS or MBA preferred.
