Responsibilities
• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of technical recruiters, through entire recruiting lifecycle, while also managing/holding requisitions
• Partner effectively with management to develop the best strategies to drive an exceptional approach to recruiting top talent in a competitive market
• Capture and disseminate useful data on recruiting to educate the company around best practices and strategy for the future
• Help define and drive Responsys staffing strategies while building excellent relationships with recruiting team and hiring managers
Skills and Requirements
• BA/BS degree required
• At least 8 years proven recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, corporate environment
• At least 4 years successful recruiting leadership and team management experience
• Experience implementing a wide range of sourcing and staffing programs within a hi-tech, software, consulting, or ecommerce company is required
• Strong record of success identifying, attracting, and hiring highly skilled candidates
• Ability to handle internal client management, provide strong customer consultative skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
• Ability to be self-directed with a high sense of urgency, while also effectively collaborating and working in a team environment
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems (ATS)
