As the Marketing Operations Analyst you will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and will be responsible for ensuring that the marketing and sales tools operate at maximum efficiency. This includes administering our CRM - NetSuite and our marketing automation system - Eloqua. You will work closely with Sales, CRM administrators and the Business Applications group to align business goals with technical requirements.

You will become the owner of the operational side of lead generation and a power user of both NetSuite and Eloqua. This position requires a self-starter mindset and the ability to drive projects to completion while working with multiple teams.

Responsibilities:
Produce weekly campaign performance reports, perform analysis, review and investigate anomalies and suggest improvements
Administer NetSuite, including user dashboards, reports, key performance indicators and user experience
Improve existing and develop new lead management workflows to support lead generation campaigns and increase sales teams´ effectiveness
Translate business requirements from the lead generation and sales teams into a set of technical requirements to be implemented by you and the business application group
Maintain, improve or deploy new scoring and nurture programs in Eloqua to support lead generation activities
Design and implement automated processes for data cleansing to improve lead quality
Maintain and improve the integration processes between Eloqua and NetSuite

Desired Skills & Experience
2-3 years experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, NetSuite, SugarCRM, etc) and marketing/sales reporting; experience with NetSuite is highly desired but not required..
1-2 years experience with marketing automation systems, such as Eloqua or Marketo.
Strong time management skills with ability to work independently in a deadline driven environment.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with commitment to quality.
Strong Excel skills a must.
Strong working knowledge of SQL preferred.
Understanding of online advertising preferred.
BA/BS required.
