The person in this role will program surveys/reports for large, complex client projects, producing end client deliverables that are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. You will be responsible for developing/implementing processes that ensure data integrity and increase efficiency throughout all projects. You will provide programming/development expertise (including techniques, scripting, and knowledge of market research software) with combinations of survey, organizational unit, and other data sources to provide insightful solutions for client needs.
Responsibilities include:
Serve Our Clients
Assist with the planning and execution of programming/development of data collection and reporting sites for client projects
Exploration of ways to automate processes to increase efficiencies and reduce costs related to programming activities
Development of new online product offerings utilizing Confirmit Scripting
Creation of documentation/guides for training consultants/clients/associates related to technology platform
Train fellow associates on technology platform
Interact with existing Programmers globally to implement consistent processes
Assist with the execution of Requirements Documents and Test Scripts
Work with project team to determine reporting requirements
Contribute as a team member on assigned projects
Track and document research process and communicate with team.
Communicate issues and changes requiring attention or action to project team members.

Continue to grow professional skills and apply those skills with excellence in client situations
Qualifications
College degree required
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter who requires minimal direction and handles ambiguity well
Project management skills, primarily being highly organized and having strong time-management abilities
Strong reading and reading comprehension skills including proofreading and editing
Strong interpersonal skills related to collaboration and team building
Flexibility to travel (less than 10%)
2 years+ scripting experience in Confirmit Software (Data Collection & Reportal)
At least 2 years with direct client interaction experience
Knowledge and experience with standard MS Office products, standard/popular database software, and SPSS and other statistical software packages, as well as high familiarity with computers and popular applications
