JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Executive Compensation Senior Consultant, you will work as part of a team to deliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for managing all components of a project including: comprehensive data gathering and analysis, conducting complex research, and creating client deliverables. Some of which you will deliver, other components you will oversee.
Specifically, this individual will be expected to perform some or all of the following at an intermediate/advanced level:
Competitive analysis using a variety of tools and resources
Financial analysis and modeling (including CIC calculations, ISS modeling)
Market pricing and compensation evaluations (including long-term incentive and perquisite valuations)
Market practice research related to executive compensation
Technical research regarding tax, accounting, and disclosure requirements related to executive compensation
Assists with client management through industry/company or technical research and through frequent positive interactions with client representatives
Contributes to ultimate client deliverables by managing and checking own work product and work product of others
Shares knowledge and tools with peers and other associates
Interfaces with client
Leads client scoping conversations related to market analysis, competitive practice, or technical research and participates in conversations related to executive compensation program design and technical compliance
May draft client proposals for review and refinement; may contribute to more complex client proposals
Ability to read and interpret public source documents (i.e., proxies, employment agreements, plan documents, etc.) and/or technical regulations
Ability to summarize and report analytical or technical findings and market practice to clients by drafting letters or reports

Bachelor's degree (related disciplines such as Business, Math, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics is also preferred but not required)
7-10 years of work experience, with 5-7 in Executive Compensation preferred
Familiar with the Executive Compensation segments
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite-especially Excel and Powerpoint
Billable time expectation of 70% of standard work hours, including time off
Ability to travel occasionally-up to 25%
