Here´s what is required for this role:
• Experience managing a large user community is essential
• Experience with mobile: iOS or Android based user base is preferred
• Strong understanding of social platforms and ways to leverage that to nurture community is key
• Should have defined metrics and should be comfortable instilling changes based on metrics
• Experience with consumer electronics product is a plus
• Experience hiring agents with great interpersonal skills
• BA or BS degree or equivalent. MBA is preferred.
• Should have an overall industry experience of 5 to 10 years.
• Understanding of international business environment is preferred.
The environment is blue-jeans casual, energetic, belt-in for the ride.
