Domain Expertise
o Possesses deep subject matter knowledge in aligned practice
o Works to maintain knowledge through internal and external leaning forums
o Identifies ways to share industry, delivery and consulting knowledge to internal and external audiences
Sales Support
o Reviews, updates, and provides input on RFP responses
o Ensures consistency of responses to RFPs where necessary
o Performs due diligence to scope works and provide input to strategic questions required for defining the opportunity
o Provides support for pricing unit in pricing and costing work
o Assists SEs in the development of prospect sales strategy
o Attends finalist meetings (as required) and sells to technical buying community at prospect
o Identifies ways to add more to pipeline; marketing collateral, webinars/calls
Product Development & Management
o Provides input to Product Development from market (clients, prospects, competitors) on the strengths & weaknesses of solution
o Supports Product Development with sales support and strategy for new product development, including delivery model input, RFP template responses, site visit materials, development of business cases, input on pricing, and CSG support
Training
o Training, educates new Sales Executives and/or Business Leaders on domain specific strategies and solutions
Partnership to Drive Growth
o Partners with Consulting practice to strengthen integration and develop measures of success
o Understand the products and services provided by Aon Hewitt's other lines of business and are able to integrate TBAs offer with those of other lines of business
Qualifications
o 10+ years of relevant experience in a wide range of both client-facing and internally-facing roles
o Possess sales skills, have developed network throughout the business, and understand the "go-to-Market" strategies, specifically playing an integrator within their domain alignment.
