The Role: Marketing Research Analyst
The Location: San Antonio, TX
Propel Financial Services, LLC, is a private lender providing capital solutions to a wide range of businesses and individuals across Texas. Our primary focus is Texas property tax financing for residential and commercial property owners. Propel also occasionally considers many loan and capital infusion opportunities in addition to property tax financing. In just a few years, Propel has amassed a substantial portfolio and is now the largest property tax finance company in Texas. Due to this incredible growth, we are looking to add a dedicated and zealous Marketing Research Analyst to our team.
What will I be doing?
The Marketing Research Analyst will be a collaborative team member whose focus is to enhance marketing effectiveness through efficient data management and help to influence Company positioning through competitor research. They will analyze the results of the Company's marketing campaigns and efforts (primarily direct mail and online) and utilize the Company's Access database to assist in directing additional marketing efforts (possibly TV, outdoor, radio, etc.). They will also be charged with the responsibility of improving the effectiveness of the database. This is a perfect opportunity for a person who wants to engage in meaningful marketing projects, truly impact the business and get on the job training in marketing, research, analysis, operations and accounting.
What skills & qualifications do I need?
œ Bachelorfs Degree in Business, MIS, Marketing, Mathematics, or similar fields of study.
œ You are a new graduate with an eager attitude. You may have completed an internship while in college or you may have some marketing, marketing research or business experience.
œ You are technologically savvy and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with advanced skills in Excel. Prior knowledge of Access is a plus.
œ You are hard-working, goal and detail-oriented and always rise to the occasion.
œ You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills and know how to put your keen problem solving and troubleshooting abilities to good use.
œ Your friends would probably describe you as gType Ah and you enjoy organizing, prioritizing and juggling multiple tasks (and you consider this fun!).
œ You donft mind being a solo gig, but can easily mesh with a team.
œ You have an upbeat, energetic personality and like to bring a positive vibe with you everywhere you go.
