IT Security Administrator

Responsibilities:

* Review security related information and security plans throughout the organization. * Monitor internal control systems to ensure that appropriate information access levels and security clearances are maintained. * Perform information security risk assessments and serve as the internal auditor for information security processes. * Participate in infrastructure projects to develop, plan, and implement specifications for network and distributed system security technologies in support of key information systems. * Review, assess, and mitigate penetration tests and vulnerability assessments on information systems and infrastructure. * Perform system and application vulnerability testing. * Oversee source control check in policies – check in/out and shelving. * Investigate and resolve security violations by providing post mortem analysis of such violations to illuminate the issues and possible solutions. * Participate in the creation of security
requirements, standards, policies and other security artifacts.

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience with IT security administration. * B.S. in Computer Science, related field, or comparable work experience. * Direct, demonstrated experience with information security at the enterprise level, knowledge of identity and access management solutions, user provisioning, Active Directory and ERP provisioning. * Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, where each team member assists other members of the team to achieve their goals and ultimately achieve team success. * Should be well-versed in identity management, authentication, authorization, single sign-on, encryption, and application security architecture.

Preferred:

* Security and Operational related professional designation: SANS GIAC, CISSP OR CISM certification. * Diverse knowledge of the latest industry security trends, products and risks. * Experience within the financial industries a plus.
