Q: Is the Java environment JBoss, Websphere, or both?

A: JBOSS.

Q: If the candidate has experience with some but not all of the build
tools listed, would they be a good candidate, assuming all other
aspects are good?

A: Having just some of the build tool experience will be considered.

Q: "Java development" is in the primary skill, but the details tend to be mostly about build/deployment. Do you have an idea of the split between development types of activities and build/deployment types of activities?

A: Experience with Java development techniques and methodologies will
be very important for this position, but the individual will not be
doing actual development it will be nearly all build and deployment
activities.
