Job Description:
(What will the NPW do on that project?)
Responsible for consulting with customers in selling and supporting company
products and systems. Supports unit sales plan through pre-sales and/or
post-sales technical consulting activities. Provides technical support in
installation and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system
is functioning according to specifications. Follows standard practices and
procedures in analyzing situation or data from which answers can be readily
obtained. Must have ability to understand and explain related technical
issues, knowledge of company products. May be assigned moderately complex
analytical projects. Maintains operational processes to support the sales
channel. Interacts with management on issues for existing customer base as
well as involvement in multiple, related, and assigned projects. Applies
company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Works on problems
of limited scope. Implements plans and actions. Contributes to the strategic
plan. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Typically reports
to a Second Level Manager. Prefers a BS or equivalent and 3-5 years
