FT/Perm: Professional Services Engineer - Austin, TX and Boston, MA.
The professional service engineer will be the face to the customer as they implement identity management solutions on client-site. This position requires heavy travel.
Requirements:
· - Intermediate to expert level skills (2-5 years) in at least two of the following scripting languages (VBScript, JavaScript, or Perl).
· - Strong database query experience in a relational database environment (SQL Server, Oracle, or Sybase).
· - Must be able to travel up to 70% (and will work from a home office when not on client-site).
· - Prior experience deploying enterprise class software systems in customer environments.
· - Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer interaction skills.
· - Experience with Active Directory, Novell NDS, and/or LDAP.
· - 2-5 years developing web applications using HTML and ASP.
· - BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
· - Exposure to XML and XSLT is highly desirable.
· - Project management skills highly desirable.
