The Cloud Services Integration Marketing Manager will be responsible for the complete lifecycle associated with on-boarding new cloud services partners that have signed a Master Distribution Agreement (MDA) with Jamcracker so that their services can be sold by Jamcracker platform customers from their own marketplaces. These responsibilities will include:
• Technical evangelist who supports Business Development activities associated with partner recruitment by providing initial information to cloud providers on Jamcracker's Integration Toolkit (JIT) so the partners can scope their adapter development requirements for enabling the Jamcracker platform to do services provisioning, end-user SSO, and user/service administration of their services.
• Coordinate with Jamcracker's services on-boarding technical team to monitor progress and coordinate resolution of technical issues that may arise during the adapter development and certification processes.
• Identify requirements for improving Jamcracker's services on-boarding and coordinate with product management for any required platform enhancements as well as the professional services team regarding process improvements.
• Understanding the use-cases associated with how customers will interact with the cloud service provider's offerings to help guide Jamcracker's services on-boarding team and the cloud provider with any certification/development issues.
• Responsible for developing educational presentations, website content, white papers, and webinars regarding the Jamcracker Integration Toolkit.
• Support Jamcracker's distribution / channel partners in understanding newly on-boarded cloud services via demonstrations and product information, in conjunction with the cloud provider.
• Act as the final authority for acceptance and sign-off during integration certification testing of new cloud services.
• Maintain ownership and evolution of Jamcracker's cloud services catalogue website (www.cloudcatalogue.com).
Experience and Characteristics:
• Combination of technical (engineering degree desirable) and product management/marketing or sales engineering experience.
• Enthusiasm and passion for learning about new cloud services and being able to take a customer-centric view on usage.
• Self-starter with excellent time-management skills, communication skills, and ability to work within a fast-paced cross-functional team environment.
