Role: Channel Business Development Manager- Partner Programs

Position Overview:
Bergerson Group is seeking a full time channel business development manager to provide the services listed below. This is a W2 opportunity at Bergerson Group.
This position will be responsible for the success of programs related to the Channel Partner value chain including their development, implementation and adoption in the Americas. Through proactive engagement with Sales and Channels Field teams, Channel Partners and Sales and Channels finance the individual will seek to understand the current market dynamics and apply channels expertise to creating and aligning solutions through solutions to meet the needs of the market and drive critical partner loyalty. In addition, the individual will continually focus on evolving the programs to drive critical initiatives around productivity for our field teams and increase the Ease of Doing Business for our Channel Partners. Individual will be held accountable for meeting stated goals of their program/promotion portfolio in the theater.
Key Responsibilities Include:
 Align with WW program owners for Certifications, Specializations, and advanced technology programs.
 Extensive proactive engagement with Channel's Leadership, Sales Leadership, and Partners to continually communicate, evaluate, evolve and develop client's Channel programs for the Americas.
 Ability to understand market trends and unique partner models, and develop creative solutions for the Americas. Individual would "own" creating and enhancing programs to meeting the Geo's needs.
 Geo liaison for the programs into the world wide team, responsible for driving Geo needs and represent the Geo at the WW level. Imperative to represent the Americas voice in all engagements.
 Collaborate with Geo Architecture leads to ensure alignment with overall go-to-market and strategy.
 Ensuring at all times, program development and execution is well aligned with the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the Geo.
 Responsible for all aspects of the Programs in Geo including change management, marketing, communication, training, governance strategy, ROI analysis and metrics.
 Responsible for identifying areas of enhancements and implementing solutions to accelerate program growth, effectiveness and adoption, while working closely with the extended and cross functional teams.
Skills:
 Candidate should have an excellent understanding of Channel model and partner environments. Exceptional Business Acumen is required.
 Analytical thinking, including an ability to create and understand financial modeling and impact analysis is critical.
 Requires strong business development and program management skills
 Candidate has mastered the skills necessary to work cross-functionally, collaborate, influence, persuade and leverage available resources in a matrix management environment to achieve goals.
 Candidate must demonstrate the ability to think strategically and still outline a plan through execution.
 Superior written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Must be savvy on PPT and Excel.
 Excellent business judgment, negotiation and decision-making skills. Ability to multi-task and proven ability to work in a matrix environment.
 Exceptional time management is critical to be effective.
 Personal: Strategic thinker, self motivated, results oriented, pro-active and flexible individual who can work independently in a fast paced changing environment. Individual needs to be a team player with excellent people skills.
 Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent plus at least 10+ years of related work experience
 Experience: Sales/Channels Field experience is required.
 Both Business Development and Program Management experience is preferred.
