Aria Systems, the leader in subscription billing and subscription management solutions, is looking for a customer marketing professional who will interface with customers, the sales team, media, and analysts.
Responsibilities:
This individual will manage Aria's customer marketing programs, public relations, and field sales tools.
• Document Aria's customer stories and publish them via high-quality success snapshots, case studies, webcasts, blogs, press releases, and videos.
• Own and manage Aria's PR agency relationship to create awareness and thought leadership. Create media and analyst presentations on new products and company momentum.
• Manage the customer reference program to support sales, media and analyst references; delivering the right reference for each situation while ensuring no client is "overused."
• Create and manage the sales tools used by our field sales team and partner sales teams.
Required Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree required. A study course emphasis in advertising and marketing is a plus.
• 3-6 years marketing experience within a B2B software company is required. Please do not apply for this position if you do not have proven success in public relations, online marketing, and social media program execution.
• Must have prior experience working with customers and sales teams. Managing a similar customer marketing program is a plus.
• Requires exceptional ability for, and love of, writing compelling content for multiple channels, both online and offline.
• Video production and editing is a plus.
• SaaS and/or billing industry experience a plus.
• Highly collaborative with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization and with external customers, including the ability to interface professionally with clients.
• Demonstrated creativity in thought and execution.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic; driven to exceed expectations; careful attention to detail
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Salesforce.com experience is highly desired.
