Description
The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will play a key role in leading Tiny Prints forecasting and analytical processes. We are looking for an experienced hands-on leader who has had previous FP&A leadership roles in strong financial planning environments. The position includes developing and driving financial forecasts and analyses, owning all revenue forecasting and reporting, and leading continued development of the Company's business intelligence and planning systems. The position will partner closely with the Company's senior budget managers to drive insight into the business and results, and to help provide the analytic support for strategic decisions. Additionally, this person will be responsible for surfacing and presenting key business insights and recommendations to the Finance team and senior leadership. This position will report to the VP of Finance located in Sunnyvale, CA.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading company-wide budget and quarterly target-setting processes
• Partnering closely with Tiny Prints product general managers and the marketing team on all revenue forecasting, with ownership of detailed revenue plan and related daily KPI reporting dashboard
• Leadership role in the ongoing development of the business intelligence and budgeting tools in Oracle and Hyperion
• Partnering with the Company's Accounting team for month-end and quarter-end close reporting
• Leading planning team to provide analytical and financial decision support to senior members of the marketing, technology, business development and product & services teams
• Driving internal processes to maintain and improve quarterly financial outlook on weekly basis
• Working closely with the senior departmental budget managers to develop operational analysis and reporting
• Providing leadership and development to direct reports
• Performing ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
Experience & Requirements:
• B.S. degree in finance or accounting; MBA preferred
• 6-10 years of FP&A experience in a large growth company with managerial roles; ecommerce experience a plus
• Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to interpret and summarize data to aid management in achieving strategic and operational goals
• Systems savvy - experience with Oracle and Hyperion is a plus
• Excellent excel, modeling and forecasting skills are assumed
• Solid understanding of basic GAAP accounting assumed
• Able to work in a fast pace, high-growth environment
