The Role: Chief Operating Officer
The Location: Carrolton, TX
A medical equipment company providing a full range of respiratory therapy and durable medical equipment to hospice providers is searching for an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to establish standards of excellence and provide unparalleled leadership for our organization.
The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of execution within the organization. This includes logistics, distribution, organizational development, key metrics and analysis and team collaboration. They will implement innovative standards, tools and processes to maximize net profits and ensure operations are running at optimum performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
œ Bachelor's degree (finance or accounting emphasis a plus); MBA preferred
œ 10 or more years in a logistics and/or distribution leadership position (knowledge of deployment, warehouse management and fleet services helpful)
œ Organizational development experience with focus on rapid expansion of an organization
œ Metrics and process improvement driven
œ Superior, exemplified leadership
œ Knowledge of home or durable medical equipment is highly desirable
œ Experience working for a company under board management
œ Ability to travel regularly (2+ days per week) to remote warehouses/distribution centers
