Job Opening: Sales Executive/ Manager
We are looking for dynamic and technically savvy Sales executives to kick-start our Staffing division.
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the senior executives, the Sales Executive will have a highly visible and impactful role in growing TechOne´s staffing division. The Sales executive will carry a monthly and yearly revenue quota; develop a prospect list and initiate contact; create value proposition; develop relationships; manage account and client relationships. Ideal candidates should have a demonstrated ability to handle key and sensitive client situations and can perform as an accomplished sales professional having significant experience selling IT staffing services to the enterprise market.
Finally, winning applicants will be positive, confident, results-driven, self-managing individuals who can quickly build and maintain relationships to sell staffing services. Candidates should have the maturity and communication skills to interface with client managers, additionally, should be organized and be able to effectively multi-task, while handling sales and account management time pressures.
Skills and experience required:
· 3- 5 years of sales and account management to enterprise companies, and/or IT Staffing in the SF Bay Area.
· Be able to work under pressure; handle multiple tasks.
· IT domain experience and buzzword familiarity.
· A strong work ethic motivated by compensation and results.
· Well organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service.
· Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
· College degree desired, but not required.
Location: Pleasanton, CA & SF Bay Area
Benefits & Compensation: We offer a pay-per-performance compensation plan, which includes a base salary + commission, which is competitive and negotiable, dependent upon performance of both sales and recruitment.
