Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com)is seeking a Demand Generation Campaign Manager consultant for one of its high-tech clients located in San Jose, CA. The Demand Generation Campaign Manager will develop and manage a variety of online offline demand generation programs in support of our clients' Worldwide Field Marketing team, with a focus on driving sales for Enterprise and Mid-Market Solutions. The ideal consultant is a strong project manager, capable of managing multiple, concurrent demand generation programs to successful completion. Must be a flexible/adaptable creative thinker, confident in sharing new ideas with internal clients.

Specific responsibilities include:

* Collaborate with internal teams to determine campaign strategies and set target/list goals/objectives for Enterprise and Mid-Market solutions. Review with Geographic, Regional and Country teams to gain campaign input and ensure alignment with overall business goals
* Leverage existing content, customizing by target audiences and/or develop wholly new content
* Own the design, development and execution of a variety of online/offline demand gen programs including web, social media, email, and video
* Use sales/marketing automation tools such as SalesForce.com to develop and deliver ongoing campaign programs
* Pulling data/managing lists and/or interfacing with other team members for database management relating to demand generation campaigns
* Manage external agencies to coordinate a wide range of initiatives, provide strategic guidance and input for optimal execution
* Define key milestones of success and manage ongoing reporting to internal teams. As results are evaluated, ongoing refinement, optimization and reporting on the campaigns is expected
* Developing and/or managing the demand generation campaign calendar

Skills:

* 7+ years B to B marketing communications experience in the high-tech industry
* Solid, recent demand generation experience: email, direct marketing, contact centers, data base/list management
* Awareness of how to integrate data from databases for demand generation campaigns into marketing automation tools
* Proven ability to integrate all pertinent elements of a cohesive campaign to produce high impact, scalable and repeatable results: customer segmentation, drive significant uplift in online conversion rates and capture new customers
* Proven experience in collaboration, teamwork, cross-functional and cross-cultural groups
* Strong project management skills and copyediting skills: must be adept at aggregating content from internal stakeholders to create campaign content and push content through editorial review cycles
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar
* Knowledge of networking, collaboration and/or data center technologies is a plus

Rate: $1940 per week as a w2 employee of Crawford Group

Location: Half time offsite/remote, half time onsite at corporate headquarters in San Jose, CA

Hours/duration: Full-time, ASAP - ongoing
