We have a full-time job opening for a Product and Logistic Coordinator with the following job functions:
i. Coordinate and monitor intra and inter-office activities to ensure an efficient flow from product development, to manufacturing, to delivery.
ii. Monitor and track the following items:
a. Long lead time/key raw material components.
b. Available manufacturing resources, production status and lead time.
c. In-house inventory levels for orders.
d. Product demand forecasts for new and existing products.
e. Delivery lead times and shipping arrangements for each customer order.
iii. Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on inventory, product and delivery status.
iv. Arrange and track product rework activities as necessary.
v. Coordinate RMA for returns and follow up with support group.
vi. Assist management with other activities such as cost analysis, and parts procurement.
Required Skill Sets:
1. Written skills
2. Proficient with MS Office
3. Must speak and communicate in Mandarin with our overseas offices. Need to also be available to communicate overseas during late evenings.
4. Ability to use In-Design and Adobe Illustrator for documentation and other marketing material a big plus.
