Job Duties: Assembles, analyzes, and represents customer business requirements. Performs cost estimating, cost benefits analysis, and ROI (return on investments). Performs feasibility analysis. Possesses technical background in required applications and tools

Request Notes : Responsible for developing IAM environment and architecture strategies in accordance with the needs of the business and optimizing investment. Specifically, the responsibility will include the following areas;
• IAM Environment Planning including creation, refreshes, back-up, and recovery
• IAM Architecture Strategy outlining the technical landscape and system/data flows within the IAM platform and across other platforms
• Roadmap outlining the timing for upgrades, service/enhancement packs, and implementation of new functionality
• IAM technical representative providing expertise and deliverables related to vendor solution assessments
• Partner with Infrastructure organization to outline overarching technical landscape across the following layers; database, application, operating systems, & server.
• Responsible for designing and delivering solutions that are aligned with business requirements
• Work with project management and project teams to provide input toward resource requirements, incorporate technical tasks in the overall project plan, and confirm technical scope ensuring fit of requirements into the architecture.
• Frequent contacts with various teams to align strategy to business needs and project release schedules.
• Communication/meetings with vendor to understand and research: open issues, new versions/changes, and enforce license agreements
• Participate in Proof of Concepts to determine project requirement feasibility
• Develop/maintain procedures and processes to determine what requires review with a technologist
• Provide assistance with research/escalate open issues, recurring problems with application to determine resolution
