Search Wizards is an Atlanta-based Consulting firm that is focused on the contract and direct hire placement of  mid-to-senior level candidates for various roles in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition,  including:  Recruiting Managers, Sr. Recruiters, Sourcing Strategists, Sourcers, Recruiting Coordinators, Vendor Management Consultants, Program Managers, etc

Our Client has an immediate contract opening for a Campus Recruiting Coordinator Denver, CO or Seattle, WA.

The Campus Recruiting Coordinator partners with the Campus Recruiting team to facilitate the recruiting process. They interact directly with all levels of the recruiting organization, hiring managers, candidates and interviewers to coordinate and schedule all phases of the recruiting life-cycle. The Recruiting Coordinator is essential for providing an orange carpet experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Overseeing recruiting operations for Recruiting Team from job posting through offer/start

·         Acting as a Representative and contact during the recruiting process for candidates

·         Managing Job postings and other Recruitment related event coordination.

·         Managing candidate travel arrangements. Ensure candidates understand this process and assist as needed. Book the travel for candidates as needed.

·         Creating and managing interview loops. Loop sizes and interview locations differ depending on client group.

·         Managing candidate interview expenses.

·         Updating the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) as required.

·         Managing candidate documentation: pre-interview online documents, interview feedback, and final offer letter documents.

·         Support the Strategic Account Managers with background investigation results.

·         Ensuring the recruiting process, interviews, and documentation are in compliance with EEO guidelines.

·         Managing special projects as needed.

·         Providing various levels of customer service support to Recruiting team.

Qualifications

·         2 - 5 years of recruiting coordinator experience in a fast paced environment. Experience supporting campus teams and remote office locations strongly preferred.

·         Bachelor's degree or higher

·         Applicant Tracking System experience. Taleo experience strongly preferred.

·         High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, other Office applications.

·         Strong and proactive written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write, speak and present information effectively and persuasively.

·         Ability to gather and analyze information and use it to develop effective solutions.

·         Excellent customer service skills.

·         Impeccable organizational and administration skills.

·         Time management in a fast paced office environment, with the ability to work on multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.

·         Ability to switch gears in response to unexpected tasks and/or requests.

·         Demonstrate planning, organization and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

·         Effective relationship management skills.

·         Ability to deal with ambiguity.

·         High level of confidentiality required.

·         Exceptional attention to detail including maintaining data integrity when using various tools and systems.

·         Familiarity and comfort with high tech and fast paced culture.
