(This is a Temporary, Full-Time position with the potential to go regular.)

Job Description:
The Human Resources Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting our growing HR operational needs. The HR Coordinator will support recruiting efforts, human resources administration and other HR activities.


Job Responsibilities:
• Schedule/coordinate phone and onsite interviews for candidates including travel, hotel and meals if necessary.
• Meet, greet and setup candidates for onsite interviews.
• Revise/create job descriptions and post current job openings on company website, job boards, internally, etc.
• Maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring candidate records/activities are up-to-date.
• Prescreen resumes and applications for minimum qualifications and refer candidates to recruiter; May also source candidates as well.
• Schedule/conduct reference check calls; Submit background check processing
• On-boarding of new hires, including start day coordination, new hire orientation and creating new hire packets.
• Update and maintain "Human Resources" section of the company intranet.
• Manage employee personnel files, including filing and organizing employee records.
• Conduct audits of personnel file and recommend any corrective action.
• Monthly reconciliation of benefits statements.
• Assist with employee relations activities, such as coordinating company events, office decorations, etc.
• Assist in general office duties, including receiving mail deliveries, answering/greeting company guests, etc.
• Support and promote a culture of compliance and ethical business conduct.
• Other HR duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:
• BA/BS in Human Resources, business or related fields; PHR is a PLUS
• Demonstrated knowledge of human resources concepts and laws; previous work experience in an HR department is preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentially with employee information
• High-energy, driven, articulate, and friendly personality with a customer-service mindset
• Strong written and communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of employees/candidates
• Previous experience scheduling appointments in Outlook is desired; previous experience with ATS or HRIS systems is a HUGE PLUS
• Ability and eagerness to take on a wide variety of HR duties
• Prior experience in a fast paced, high growth startup environment preferred
• Proficiency with Word and Excel
