The Role: Vice President of Demand Generation
The Location: Boulder, CO

Trada is currently searching for a successful marketing leader to serve as our Vice President of Demand Generation. The Vice President of Demand Generation will be responsible for managing all lead generation efforts into an inside sales organization of 40+ individuals. They will be responsible for a marketing budget that includes paid and earned media, list acquisition and partnerships. Additionally, the Vice President of Demand Generation will ensure the appropriate prospects are brought into the sales cycle while balancing a data-driven approach with messaging that positions the solution. They will have the ability to evaluate ROI and drive the cost per lead down. They are responsible for a team of five in addition to hands on responsibilities.

Your Required Skills & Experience
•You have a bachelor's degree in communications, business with a marketing focus, or other related discipline; MBA preferred but not required
•You have ten or more years of progressive marketing experience with at least eight of those building and managing successful demand generation marketing campaigns with a social media component
•You are an expert in in evaluating ROAS (return on ad spend) nurturing leads through webinars, drip marketing campaigns, structuring co-marketing partnerships, trade shows, conferences and other unique mediums
•You have domain experience in the digital media space and the aptitude to understand our value proposition
•You have experience buying and scoring lead lists; buying paid search, display, social and other media to drive awareness and opportunity and increase conversations
•You possess the ability to understand the target market and determine a best approach strategy
•You are highly analytical and understand CRM tools and technology for tracking and scoring lead flow
•You are an effective interpersonal communicator with the ability to manage, motivate and lead teams to outstanding success
•You have managed project teams and projects from inception through completion with successful documented achievement of outlined goals and objectives
•You have an internal drive that motivates you towards achievement of exceptional goals and objectives
