We are looking for an energetic but with professional attitude sales representative to grow with us in this personable but experienced company. We have been around for over 11 years, and would like to expand our sales/marketing team to capture the growing trend of the IT Managed Services for the Small Medium Enterprise market.

This position requires skill in telemarketing and new account acquisition; also involve with sales and marketing development, client management, and project management. Starting from lead generation, email campaign, telemarketing, presentation, contract negotiation to customer satisfaction survey; we will provide training and professional support to ensure your success in closing deals. Your success is our success!

Our objective is to ensure the highest level of quality, excellence in client services and optimum profits for our sales team; compatible with the best long and short term interests of professional development and for the organization, within the vision of the management team.

Job Requirements/skills

 College degree and/or significant experience in the IT industry
 Computer Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Servers environment).
 Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
 Thrive in an environment, which is continuously changing, and being challenged to react to new and different issues
 Strong verbal, presentation and communication skills
 Relentless, tenacious approach in all aspects of sales development
 Strong professional, confidence-inspiring presence and business style
 Strong attention to detail with strategic planning experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

 Formulate sales goals, establish sales network, dedicate telemarketing plan, and participate in marketing plans and strategy.
 Provide activity reports regarding account prospecting, customer cultivation and deal closure.
 Participate in Operation meeting with engineers to ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve sales related certificates for varies product to maintain technical competency.
 Establish and maintain a consistent partnership with all distributors, resellers, system integrators and end-users in order to support and promote the continued sales of company product and services.
 Plan and coordinate attendance at IT shows, events and prepare sales presentation.
 Direct programs and materials used to educate the sales accounts and key consumer trade groups.
