HR Support Specialist
Job Summary:
The HR Support Specialist would be responsible for the day-to-day functions of HR, benefits, training coordination, employee relations, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement Human Resources policies, processes and procedures resulting in increased operational effectiveness of the company.
Manage corporate Performance Planning, Counseling and Evaluation program.
Establish and maintain the master corporate training plan.
Manage and administer corporate benefits.
Work with our recruiter and conduct new hire orientation.
Manage HR compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and objection handling skills
Ability to work with management, colleagues and customers throughout the business at every level
Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point
Enjoys working in a dynamic environment that is both entrepreneurial and customer focused.
