Job Title: Web Marketing Communications Specialist
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 12 months
* Support the function of building and maintaining the web infrastructure in the Messaging and Strategy team.
* Manage Partner Calendar tool on the Partner Portal. Align with Internal communication teams to manage and update partner calendar tool, manage partner news on Field Portal. This position will be the "go-to" person for content publication.
Support Global Partner Newsletters:
• Enhance and optimize page layout for easy reading
• Continue to enhance process for content submission and distribution
• Field Portal: Upload newsletters and manage binders as needed
Support Social Media Initiative for partners as needed.
Support Online Partner Briefing Center content management and eMarketing/invitation activities.
Skills:
• Project management experience in a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to manage tasks and priorities while being able to quickly adapt to change
• Previous web-marketing experience a requirement. Basic knowledge of Excel and html programming necessary
• Self-starter that is disciplined and focused on delivery of programs and tasks on time
• Good communications and presentation skills – ability to structure verbal and written communications to influence key stakeholders.
• Capable of coordinating virtual resources and working effectively across teams to bring appropriate resources to activities and projects
• Work independently with minimal supervision with cross-functional teams. Demonstrate good judgment and leadership skills.
• Experience working on global projects with teams located around the world is required
• Experience in web marketing or marketing communications : minimal 5 – 10 years.
