Programs Specialist, Talent & Leadership Development
This individual will be responsible for multiple aspects of talent and leadership development programs , participating in the design, implementation, communication and marketing of training programs. This individual will work closely with members of Synopsys' HR Team worldwide, Synopsys employees and leaders and external vendors. Programs may include New Employee Orientation, updates to manager core curriculum courses, updates to content of Manager's Resource Center and creation of SharePoint sites.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A degree with a Human Resources concentration and 3-5 years of experience at a program specialist role in HR, preferably in training/learning and development
• Experience working and influencing across a matrix organization to design/co-design new programs and enhance existing ones
• Experience working with a Global HR and management team
• The ability to collaborate with and influence others
• Well-developed written and verbal communications skills
• Attention to detail, project planning and experience with program rollouts is essential.
• Intermediate level skills with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience creating and maintaining SharePoint sites
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and use of WebEx is a plus
