As our leader of Customer Acquisition you would be expected to:
• Conceptualize and own customer acquisition and demand generation strategy, plan and execution. Defining goals and metrics and prioritizing programs including: lead and customer promotion campaigns, field events, webcasts, paid search, SEO and SEM and, nurturing programs
• Generate qualified sales leads using a mix of marketing programs, activities and events
• Develop, test and execute lead generation and engagement programs with our athletic and training channel (both B2B and B2C)
• Develop, test and execute lead generation and B2B engagement programs in our employer benefit channel
• Track, measure, analyze and constantly improve effectiveness of all campaigns and current pipeline
• Design test and execute nurturing campaigns using SalesForce integrated marketing automation tools
• Contribute to social media discussion and work with our key thought leaders and customers to help build our online wellness community
Required experience and knowledge:
• 5-10 years of experience in marketing both B2B and B2C. Experience at building and managing teams is a plus
• Startup DNA (e.g., a strategic thinker who thrives on delivery)
• Proven track-record of developing and executing successful demand generation programs with high-ROI
• Experience with, Salesforce and marketing automation tools
• Experience with database management functions, including list management, cleansing, de-duplication, data validation, segmentation, lead scoring.
• Track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects and consistently delivering on time
• Experience leveraging social media tools and Key Opinion Leader Programs to build online communities and drive lead generation
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience marketing fitness, wellness or benefit products is a plus
• Creativity to build programs that engage prospects and optimize marketing dollars
•BA/BS preferred
