We have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Pension Analyst to support Aon Hewitt's Benefits Administration group in Lincolnshire, IL.
The Sr Pension Analyst will support Aon Hewitt's outsourcing business by providing actuarial and technical support to clients and staff on client work relating to retirement/pension plans.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Provide domain expertise, direction and education to the client team and client.
Work with client to ensure their pension plans are set up correctly on Aon Hewitt's system, including writing specifications, and testing.
Subject Matter Expert for DB plan knowledge (qualified and non-qualified plans)
Establish and execute administrative best practices for DB plans.
Responsible for accuracy on complex calcs working ith the team and client.
Train, mentor and review work product of team members to validate results.
Competencies Include:
Ability to lead projects to completion on time and on budget.
Proven ability to establish successful client relationships.
Experience successfully managing/directing people.
Qualifications: At or nearing EA/ASA is a plus. Solid client consulting skills and solid technical actuarial principles relating to the retirement industry typically acquired by approximately 5+ years direct experience.
