One of my Direct client is looking for a Senior SQL Server Application Developer who has experience with real-time trade capture, pricing, and P/L reporting system on portfolio management platforms.

Description
Senior SQLServer 2008 Developer using SQL Server & MicroStrategy. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic fast paced environment with high visibility to the business and
the ability to learn about the Credit/Rates derivatives business.
This hands on role involves:
* Technical design, development and delivery of new requirements
* Provide architectural recommendations and optimizations across environment
Skills Required
* 5-10 years experience in SQL Server development
* Strong SQL skills including query optimization, stored procedures, views, and triggers.
* Strong knowledge of data manipulation using stored procedures and MS Data Transformation Services.
* Experience in both OLTP and Relational OLAP systems
* Must have strong attention to detail and experience producing high quality structured SQL code.
* Experience dealing with large scale systems
* Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
* SQL Server 2010 a plus
* MicroStrategy skills useful but not essential
* Knowledge of P & L, Derivatives & ESP rates derivatives a plus
