The Role: Sales Trainer

Trada is currently searching for a dynamic and passionate Sales Trainer. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for strategizing, creating and implementing an unprecedented sales training program for Trada. The success of the incumbent will be measured by demonstrating a documented increase in the sales team's closing rates and well-developed comprehension among the participants as evidenced by post-training certification testing. . This position offers the opportunity to create something from scratch. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, as well as sales training, and will be an internet media and advertising subject matter expert.
Your Required Skills & Experience
•You have earned a Bachelors Degree
•You have had three to five years of sales training experience
•You have experience leveraging technology to deploy and evaluate training
•You're innovative, creative and can think way outside that box everyone talks about
•You are considered a subject matter expert in the internet media and advertising space
•Previous experience working in inside sales is preferred, but not required
•You understand the core adult learning principals
•You have an enthusiastic personality with ability to engage mid to large groups of people
•You are very detailed oriented and organized.
