[KITlist] Integrated Marketing Manager (Pleasanton, CA)

The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for building and executing solution campaigns and select joint partner marketing programs to support EMC's Information Intelligence Group's (IIG's) priority partners worldwide. This individual will oversee and execute various integrated aspects of multiple EMC joint partner marketing programs, strategy, tactics and objectives and will assume a high-profile consultative marketing role with EMC IIG's key solution strategy and partner marketing/management, and divisional campaign and field marketing contacts. The Integrated Marketing Manager is accountable for budget development, management and program metrics.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and execute all aspects of multiple EMC solution marketing programs, strategy, tactics and objectives. Consultative marketing responsibility to EMC partners and solution/field marketing contacts.
• Manage and build a portfolio of marketing deliverables that demonstrate customer value, derived from EMC and partner products, services and solutions.
• Act as a primary liaison to Field marketing and partner organizations for assigned initiative areas. Educate internal and external customers on program strategy, positioning and benefits
• May manage/oversee external agencies for campaign and asset development.
• Responsible for budget management, ROI and accountable for all program metrics to gauge overall success of marketing programs
• Package campaigns and assets for distribution to internal and external stakeholders (marketing, sales and partners). Work with IIG training and development team to ensure adequate and consistent sales enablement around priority solutions.

SKILLS
• Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years relevant experience.
• Possesses strong campaign/program management experience
• Program ownership - proven track record in planning, managing and executing multiple marketing initiatives.
• Experience in enterprise software marketing is preferred.
• Project and budget management skills.
• Ability to work well with a variety of personalities and management levels, and to influence others to achieve results.
• Consultative and agency management skills.
• Ability to execute.
• Strategic planning abilities.
• Cross-Functional skill.
• Both big-picture and detail-oriented.
