Search Wizards is an Atlanta-based Consulting firm that is niche focused on the contract and direct hire placement of mid-to-senior level candidates for various roles within Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, including: Recruiting Managers, Sr. Recruiters, Sourcing Strategist, Sourcers, Recruiting Coordinators, Vendor Managers, Program Managers, HR Leadership, etc.
Our client is a leading provider of insurance software to agents, carriers, and MGAs. We have an immediate need for a Sr. Recruiter on site in Bothell, WA.
This position is a 6 month contract with the potential to extend or convert.
Working with Manager of Talent Acquisition to manage the company's recruitment activities, including: approving the development and placement of recruitment advertising, selection of recruiting agencies, resume and applicant screening, candidate interviewing, pre-employment testing, and reference checking.
Key Accountabilities:
Sr. Recruiter position responsibilities include:
- Full-cycle recruiting responsibility.
- Communicates with hiring managers to plan for current and future staffing needs.
- Develops sourcing strategies, plans and implements.
- May provide training to line managers in appropriate interviewing techniques.
- Constructs formal job offers and arranges orientation and training of new employees.
- Works closely to assist in recruitment efforts.
- Actively supports local community activities as well as University Recruiting.
- Works closely with key HR partners.
- Supports recruitment related projects as needed.
- Complies with company policy and EEO/ADA guidelines

Experience:
5-8 years of recruiting experience in a medium to high volume, corporate environment.
1-2 years of experience supporting Sales and/or Product Development ideal
1-2 years technical recruiting experience.
Experience with Jobvite ideal
Experience recruiting for a SaaS company preferred.
Ability to travel, if necessary
