Position: Vendor Relationship Account Manager – Marketing
Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Rate: UP TO 60K DOE. $32/hr. on W2
Job Description:
• Develops and maintains favorable relationships with marketing vendor representatives and internal account managers
• Works closely with financial analysts and marketing account managers to resolve marketing spend related matters
• Reconcile monthly marketing spend variances and investigate any related issues.
• Communicates any unusual errors or issues related to monthly spend with finance and marketing teams
• Handles daily invoice processing and uploading of marketing spend invoices
• Maintains and files marketing spend invoices and related records
• May require a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area with a high volume of expenses/spends
• Familiar with a variety of AP (accounts payable) concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
