Job Description:
Design and develop and write minimum of 40 PDQs plus minimum od 40 Full job description(from PDQ) plus minimum of 40 summarised job descriptions(from the full JD´s) plus minimu of 40 JIS for Recruiting. FLSA studies and exemption determinations on a minimum of 40 positions. Clean up XT profile job match patters, put into job families. HR Department playbooks: Design style standards for documentation, include procedures, work flow charts, timelines etc., Complete a minimum of the following departments: Recruiting, Leave Administration, Health and Welfare, Pension and compensation. Design, develop and write the following: Minimum of 20 Employment policies.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 5 Years of HR Management experience.
Experience in completing FLSA Studies successfully.
Experience in creating effective job description.
Experience in Designing HR department processes.
Experience in creating clear and effective employment policies.
Strong knowledge of employment laws.
