Job Description:
Complete the program design of customer connection
Design and launch all new management development programs
Design and launch an all new employee orientation for all employees
Review all current T & D Programs and complete a plan for development new programs and solutions
Write new training business plan and objectives for the remainder of 2012 and for 2013
Design training metrics
Prepare our employee to best connect with our customers and provide an effective recognitions tool tobe used company-wide.
Provide our leadership with our Company´s vision and overall expectations as a leader and to help prepare them to be successful in their roles.
To help ensure our porgrams are up-to-date and remain a valuable training investment.
To formulate measurements to ensure t & d Programs are providing true and measurable value
Required Skills:
Strong Training and Performance Management knowledge and extensive experience in writing business plans and writing/developing training courses
