Position Overview:
Bergerson Group is seeking a Human Resources marketing communication manager to work on a short term consulting project. In this role you will be helping the client to develop web based resources in support of their employee value proposition.

This is a W2 opportunity with Bergerson Group.

Position Responsibilities:
• Consolidate all of the employee value proposition offerings (benefits, compensation, culture, values, training, programs, etc) across the client to deliver a one stop shop web site
• Inventory, design and write content for each of the pages.
• Work with the web team to deliver a streamlined user experience for employees as they navigate the web to understand the employee offerings.
• Identify/capture relevant content and design/write it in such a way that it's appealing and engaging to employees so they want to learn more-- a brochure in a web environment
• Update and validate the inventory of offerings; content will come from a combination of the Fortune submission, and current internal web site content
• Categorize the content based on the employee engagement framework; determine secondary categories for each engagement category
• Prioritize order of content for each page, based on current internal web sitepopularity (metrics to be provided)
• Create descriptive copy for offerings on each page; some of which can be leveraged from Fortune submission and current internal web pages. Estimate 6-8 pages.
• Drop the copy into the new web pages directly, or work with vendor
• Ensure that all content flows smoothly and provides for an engaging user experience

Skill Sets:
• 10 +years of marketing communications experience
• Expertise in web marketing including preparing, writing and optimizing content for the web
• Self-starter with firm understanding of the marketing communications mix
• Has worked closely with executives and decision makers
• Well organized and results-oriented
• Attention to detail and the ability to be proactive– This is critical as there are many "moving parts" to manage, and the candidate will need to be proactive and adapt to evolving needs
• Strong communication/presentation skills
• Solid writing skills
• Work effectively across numerous groups/organizations – The ability to collaborate with a variety of teams is essential
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
