DESCRIPTION – MARKETING SERVICES PROJECT MANAGER

This role requires a unique blend of tactical skills and strategic thinking - someone who has a great attention to process and detail, yet is able to draw "big picture" conclusions and make actionable business decisions based on an understanding of marketing goals using Eloqua marketing automation software.
The Marketing Services Project Manager will manage assigned projects working with internal clients/requesters to execute best practices in delivering marketing campaign, field, email and direct marketing programs worldwide. The ideal candidate will have the ability to articulate best practices in a consultative approach with many organizations at diverse levels. Three years experience with email marketing preferred; 3-5 years direct marketing experience with some email experience acceptable.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Project manage campaigns and lead-nurturing programs from request to launch using our marketing automation tools;
• Launch online marketing lead-generation efforts and e-mail marketing programs/campaigns (list pulls, e-mail blasts, etc.).
• Experience using a marketing automation system (Eloqua preferred)
• Experience in direct marketing, database marketing, analysis or financial analysis and e-mail campaign marketing experience a big plus.
• Knowledge of e-mail marketing best practices and experience pulling lists
• Bachelor's degree preferred
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficient in Eloqua, Salesforce
• Strong working knowledge of the Internet, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong analytical thinker who considers issues from a business perspective
• Process oriented
• Good listening, written and oral communications skills
• Ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Great attention to detail, highly organized yet able to see the "big picture"
• Fast learner that proactively tackles challenges
• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and desire to succeed
• Team player
• 1 – 3 years experience in a marketing role
• Basic understanding of HTML
• A pro-active problem-solver and resourceful strategic thinker; solution oriented; self starter
• Solid Customer Service experience
• Deadline oriented and able to manage time, prioritizing accordingly
• Experience managing multiple projects a plus
