Looxcie is a fast-growing startup that is gaining more and more traction. We are looking for a top talent to drive Looxcie's full range of marketing creative on the web: display ads, landing pages, SEO, SEM and videos.

The Web and Online marketing manager is responsible for driving traffic to the Looxcie website and then converting that traffic to purchase our video cameras and subscribe to our LooxcieLive streaming service. You will also be responsible for retention marketing as the LooxcieLive service grows.
You will manage and execute all SEO and SEM campaigns. You will develop online marketing programs and launch, run and measure campaigns. In addition, you will drive activities to create video content for our website, including consumer generated content. You will also manage and optimize the site experience for customer and prospect engagements.

Responsibilities
Lead generation (45%)
- Optimize SEM (AdWords, Display Ads, etc.) to drive traffic to site
- Develop, test and analyze keywords, ad copy, bidding strategies and landing pages to maximize traffic and conversion
- Build and improve landing pages for on and off-line marketing campaigns
- Running promotions and e-commerce offers
- Running affiliate program

Web and Site optimization (30%)
- Utilize best practices in SEO to improve Looxcie's organic search ranking
- Maintain current site pages and build out new pages as necessary
- Manage site experience and marketing messaging. Recommend improvements to strengthen our brand through our website
- Optimize website experience based on insights about customer flow and levers for conversion.
- Own the website's content management system
- Manage the website to support acquisition efforts through social media

Analytics (15%)
- Develop and manage reporting and ROI metrics for web programs, including site performance, traffic analysis, etc. Manage campaigns on a day-to-day basis, including campaign analyses, reporting of metrics, analysis to evaluate existing campaign performance and perform comprehensive reviews
- Analyze and report on website traffic, SEM and SEO performance.

Video (10%)
- Curate and post Looxcie video content
- Run programs to encourage consumer generated content
- Market videos online

Requirements
- 3+ years of years online marketing experience with focus on search, banner, and marketing
- Hands on experience in online marketing for consumer products and online services
- Strong knowledge and experience with SEM and SEO tools and practices
- Experience tracking, measuring, and reporting on all things Web with Google Analytics
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Talented thinker with proven ability to execute and deliver new concepts and technologies
- Deep understanding of web, user interaction, and analytics for measuring user activity.
- Sharp focus on user experience and customer purchase flows
- Ability to build and optimize web pages in WordPress using HTML, CSS, PhP and JavaScript
- Ability to work both collaboratively across functions and independently with an entrepreneurial spirit
