Description:
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for Accellion's web properties, requiring collaboration with IT, Operations, Marketing and Sales teams. This position is responsible for monitoring, improving and updating the performance of Accellion's web properties, including the corporate website, online community site and new sites to be launched and to ensure the company's web properties stay online, operate flawlessly and deliver a rich online experience.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and improve Accellion web properties as valuable resources for the company.
• Ensure Accellion web properties are working properly and can be accessed easily, including troubleshooting and timely resolution of any issues.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the website, while planning for future changes to the website.
• Design and implement functional improvements and launch new website services and content.
• Manage and extend Drupal CMS.
• Integrate internal sales and marketing systems for ecommerce and online customer acquisition and provisioning.
• Analyze all the aspects of the websites performance and publish metrics on website performance.
• Review statistics and monitor analytics.
• Implement SEO strategies.
• Populate new web pages with content (copy/graphics/video/PDFs).
• Edit HTML-based email templates.
• Responsible for the content management system, site database, user experience, and functionality of the site, while implementing web marketing best practices.
• Improve user experience and navigation.
• Initiate and manage web development and website design projects to meet marketing and business objectives.
• Integration of the site with Marketo and email platform, including the web forms and landing pages used for lead capture.
Requirements:
• Proficient in HTML, HTTP, XML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Flash, XHTML, XML.
• Familiar with Video hosting/file conversion, domain DNS structures, and email marketing techniques. Ability to handle custom coding projects
• Knowledge and experience working with Google Analytics, Adwords.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices - Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Webmaster Certification desirable.
Education/Experience:
• 5+ years experience as a professional web developer including webmaster responsibility and website content management.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo and Salesforce is a plus to help integration work between these systems.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
