National Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Dallas, TX or Orlando, FL
Provides strategic direction and focus for the acquisition and retention of key talent to enable the company to meet its business objectives through the development and execution of staffing strategies for both short and long term needs. Manages and leads recruitment and job placement activities required for hiring, challenging, and rewarding exceptional people. Networks with recruitment sources (ex. industry associations, universities, etc.) to maintain a pipeline of outstanding talent and to build the company's employment brand.
Actively participate and support the corporate and property recruitment efforts and initiatives, including sourcing / qualifying candidates through internal and external networks, nurturing ongoing relationships with qualified external candidates.
This role will be responsible for the staffing and/or sourcing for all corporate/regional positions.
Research and development of target lists for executive recruitment.
Assist in developing tools and initiatives aimed at increasing the timeliness and effectiveness of the of the property recruitment effort.
Build and manage college/internship program
Create a talent pool and pipeline for the key positions in the organization.
Be active in the industry events.
Training and supporting hiring managers on recruitment strategies and interview and selection skills.
Manage and facilitate the corporate hires onboarding process.
Manager and system administrator for PeopleAnswers applicant tracking system. Responsible for making enhancements and changes to the system as needed by the wider user-group.
Field user support and training for the PeopleAnswers system.
Manage background/drug testing vendor relationship
Assist in identifying and tying our talent development efforts via UltiPro Performance
Manage talent acquisition efforts and work to identify internal solutions to key openings.
Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing equal employment opportunity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or other related field.
7-10 years experience in a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition or comparable business role.
Experience recruiting at the all levels of the organization (field, corporate, executive).
Experience managing and supporting an applicant tracking system and other web based recruiting tools.
Multi-unit and corporate support experience required.
Experience in real estate, property management, restaurant, retail or hospitality organization preferred.
Certification in Human Resources field desirable (PHR, SPHR).

Responsible for building the Employment Brand and managing PeopleAnswers and our Career Page
This role manages overall recruitment and selection efforts for Corporate Recruiting to include: Company Support Services, and Corporate roles
(Position is not intended to recruit for onsite staff, leasing, maintenance and other site specific roles)
They will oversee and manage an internship program and job shadowing program in conjunction with NAAEI.
