This is a senior level position responsible for driving strategic planning, development and implementation of world class integrated marketing communications programs that drive Logitech's Digital Video Security business's objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Working closely with Product Managers, Trade Marketing team
and Global marcom group, to execute plans for integrated
communications, including advertising, digital, and
relationship marketing.
• Responsible for roll out and implementation of global
marketing efforts
• In collaboration with Global marcom, drive effective Media
strategy/plans
• Ensure that every campaign has specific objectives and
metrics that are tracked and captured to insure ROI and new
learnings/insights
• Collaborate to provide excellence and integration across
touch points, including online merchandising
• Work with Trade marketing to drive In store merchandising, in
store-promotions creative prescence
• Represents Business Group point of view in development of
global creative
• Works with Public relations team to develop programs
• Manage AMR Regional Agencies
• Participate with other senior managers to establish strategic
plans and objectives.
• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data
requires an in-depth knowledge of the company. Participate
in development of methods, techniques and evaluation
criteria for projects, programs, and people. Share in the
responsibility of budgets and schedules to meet
requirements.
• Work to build and develop a world-class team, including
Agency partners, who can consistently create marketing
programs that are on time, on budget, effective and support
the Logitech Brand strategy
Qualifications:
• 8 + years Marketing Communications experience including
advertising, digital, promotion and in-store merchandising,
with a focus on retail marketing (in-store and online)
• Demonstrated ability to develop integrated Marketing plans
• Knowledge of Consumer Electronics markets required
• Experience managing World-Class consumer brand.
• Successful track record in global and matrix managed business
• Strong strategic vision that translates into delivery/practical
solutions
• Solid Media planning experience
• Pragmatic and collaboration working style
• Ability to work with small budgets and drive innovative
solutions.
• Exceptional strategic, communications, presentation,
interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
• Recognized as an influential leader
• Ability to be a motivated self-starter with the ability to
influence cross functionally within Logitech
