Sr Brand Manager/Director
Reports to: VP of Portfolio & Brand – Music Business

Logitech is looking for a dynamic leader to drive strategic direction, business growth and success for Logitech's Music Business. You will be responsible for the development, management and execution of marketing programs and product strategies for overall global brand positioning. Logitech is looking for a motivated and creative brand marketer who can take this business to the next level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
• Lead the development and implementation of the category's strategic marketing plans and business proposals to achieve corporate objectives across various marketing channels including print, web, digital and social media marketing strategies.
• Manages the category's P&L and marketing budget. This includes setting direction leading the category team in delivering revenue, profitability and market share objectives.
• Monitor new technology and consumer trends and use market research to develop ideas to build the product roadmap both online and offline
• Partner with the VP of Brand and other c-level executives to develop and present all marketing, product & digital strategies.
• Develop, lead and execute overall online marketing plans and help drive web traffic growth.
• Implement and manage digital analytics for all brand-related websites and help identify digital marketing rends and key opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Create innovative, engaging and compelling social media marketing campaigns and mobile platforms to increase shopper engagement
• Lead SEM and SEO for brand's website
• Work closely with IT and brand partners to support new e Marketing initiatives
• Work with a cross functional team (R&D, market research, sales, manufacturing and finance) developing and executing specific plans
• Manage and direct partnering agencies
• Drive the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities designed to grow sales
• Will manage a team of 2-3 marketing professionals
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent/Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years progressive experience in Brand/Product Management, New Product Development/Ideation, and Project Management within a Consumer Packaged Goods company or equivalent experience
• Digital marketing experience required
• Demonstrated success in growing a business at a double digit rate
• Strong presentation and communication skills to influence audiences at various levels within an organization including top executives
• Passion and knowledge for the music industry/business (headphones, microphones, speakers, etc)
• Decisive and entrepreneurial
• Demonstrated ability to excel in fast paced environment, establishing priorities and meeting tight deadlines with accuracy
• Experience in leading a team in branding efforts
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with Logitech employees and vendors
• Team player
• Can-do, innovative attitude willing to try new ideas and learn
• Self-motivated, passionate and high energy level
• Not afraid to challenge ideas and take initiative
• Experience working in a start up type of environment
• Willingness to roll up their sleeves and make things happen
• Ability to inspire and lead by personal example
• Ability to leverage relationship with artists to build the brand
• B2B experience a plus
