Glassdoor is looking for a Rockstar Director of Demand Generation with experience creating significant pipeline for the sales team. We have a unique freemium demand generation model, and If you have experience with Freemium models, even better!

Job Summary:

The Director of Demand Generation will work directly with Sales and Product Marketing to plan and execute lead generation programs (freemium/online marketing, email marketing, event marketing) that result in pipeline creation and incremental revenue opportunities. This position reports to the VP of B2B Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop the overall campaign / demand generation strategy for the company, blending traditional and modern digital / social methods and approaches
•Set marketing budget and prioritize the spend to create the most pipeline.
•Partner with product and sales leadership to build campaign content that drives demand and increased revenue through inside, direct, and indirect sales channels
•Develop and implement high impact campaigns to generate SQLs/Opportunities and Pipeline
•Design, test and execute progressive nurturing campaigns with marketing automation
•Manage multiple 3rd party agencies – contact list providers, digital marketing agencies, web design firms, online media sites, etc..
•Establish and report on campaign metrics, closed loop reporting and ROI. Must be a ninja in using SF.com dashboards and must love the science/math of marketing as well as the art
•Coordinate campaigns with public relations strategy and activities

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

•Bachelor´s degree
•8-10 years' marketing experience
•Proven ability to generate more than 50% of the pipeline through creative and compelling campaigns and effective follow-up
•Experience with freemium and online marketing strategies
•Great multi-tasker who "gets SH!T done"
•Experience with Marketo/Eloqua and Salesforce.com
•Experience with all aspects of the marketing mix including campaign planning, online marketing, PPC, SEO, Website, events & tradeshows, target account penetration, and marketing communications
•Must be able to partner and collaborate will with Sales Leaders
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills
•Experience hiring and developing high-performance teams
•Should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player
•Ability to flourish in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment
•Startup experience desired
•Experience with marketing to HR or Recruiting buyers is a plus.
