Sr. Product Marketing Analyst / Product Marketing Manager

To support an expanding and innovative product set and accelerate revenue growth, eGain is looking for a senior product marketing analyst or product marketing manager to help take its next-generation products to market, creating excitement around them and enabling field organizations and partners. If you are a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves, product marketing person, looking for an exciting and rewarding position, this is the job for you. Key responsibility: Create product and solution marketing collateral
• Product overviews (PDFs and videos)
• Product marketing demos
• Product marketing presentations
• Horizontal and vertical sales presentations
• Competitive analyses
• Customer case studies
• Other field and channel enablement material, as needed
Requirements:
The desired candidate will have the following background and experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in product and solution marketing in CRM, customer service management, contact center management, ebusiness, social, knowledge management or closely related space
• Outstanding communication skills—verbal, writing and collaboration within and across teams
• Good understanding of the above market spaces, including current trends and competitive dynamics, as demonstrated in samples and the interview process
• Commitment to speed, quality and results
• Undergraduate degree in communications or business administration with strong understanding of technology. Tech undergrad with strong writing and communication skills will also receive consideration. MBA desirable
