The Role: Sales Director

Circular Energy is currently searching for a driven, enthusiastic Sales Director to think outside the box and upset the status quo. The Sales Director will lead the company's new product offering and be responsible for generating top-line revenue. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle including business development and lead generation, propagating sales pipeline, meeting with decision makers, negotiating contracts and overseeing initial implementation. You will also be tasked with designing, implementing and utilizing a sales management tool. This position is based in Austin but will involve some regional travel.
Your Required Skills & Qualifications:
•You have a Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university, and a minimum of 2 years experience.
•You have excellent communication and persuasion skills (written, verbal and listening).
•You are driven, passionate, and able to wear multiple hats successfully.
•You are a team player with no ego.
•You are willing to fail and learn from your mistakes.
•You have excellent organizational and project management skills.
