Consumer Sales Project Manager - (Fulltime)
Location: Santa Clara, CA

The Consumer Sales Project Manager is a key member of the Consumer Sales team, and will assist with the identification, development and generation of key Sales metrics and provide program management support of other Sales initiatives and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with sales,and other cross functional teams, the Consumer Sales Project Manager will:
•Support the identification and tracking of key metrics designed to measure the effectiveness of Sales strategies and programs
•Develop relationships with key stakeholders to monitor and identify needs
•Develop specific action plans and track status for each sales initiative
•Engage the relevant teams to identify, assess and address opportunities, challenges and risks
•Work with Sales Management to support, develop and deliver performance management tools and dashboards
•Generate and validate Pipeline and other Sales reports
•Support Salesforce.com requests, including system administration, ad hoc reporting, dashboard creation, system modifications etc.
Required Experience/Skills & Education:
•Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with a thorough understanding of basic Sales concepts
•Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, including presentations to groups of various sizes
•Outstanding attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proven ability to achieve results working with large, complex organizations, both internally and externally
•Fast learner with a demonstrated track record of exceeding established goals on a consistent basis
•Ability to independently find and utilize research and supporting documentation
•Skilled at delivering relevant material in an influential manner
•Bachelor´s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a similar field
•5+ years relevant experience in technology industry, security software experience preferred
•Expert user of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
•Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
•PMP Certification desirable
