Media 360 Partners Senior Manager of Communications & Data Management
Job Responsibilities
• Direct responsibility for internal M360 Salesforce database process and accuracy, including meetings, tasks, accounts, contacts, opportunities, reports, training, feature sets, use policies, etc.
• Direct responsibility for external ad platform partner Salesforce database process and accuracy, including meetings, tasks, accounts, contacts, opportunities, reports, training, use policies, etc.
• Responsibility for setting agenda, organizing and conducting regular weekly M360 office meetings on Monday and Friday for internal M360 management.
• Responsibility and management of use guidelines and updates to essential documents pertaining to Media 360 Ad Platform Clients.
• Management responsibility for guidelines, consistency, simplification, implementation and adherence for all M360 Process and Procedures.
• Responsibility for complete understanding and domain knowledge of each Media 360 ad platform and proven ability to discuss effectively via phone, e-mail and in person.
• Complete responsibility for researching and maintaining knowledge and accuracy of account/agency relationships, and management of M360 sales personnel account relationship assignments.
• Direct responsibility to plan, initiate and manage outbound correspondence such as e-mails, send-outs, thank-you notes, and gifts.
• Direct responsibility to plan calendar, initiate and manage outbound correspondence for key media events (i.e. Holiday, Fashion Week, TV Events, Conferences, Conventions, etc.) including e-mail templates, target accounts, send-outs, special offers, meetings, etc.
• Direct responsibility, and management responsibility of social networking strategy and implementation (including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Direct responsibility, and management responsibility of support personnel and all details, for coordinating events hosted by Media 360.
• Direct responsibility for Salesforce functions, features, updates and use process.
• Direct responsibility for social technology and use process and efficiency.
• Direct responsibility for web site features, updates and functionality.
• Direct responsibility for Webinar planning and execution
• Direct responsibility for identifying and targeting speaking and conference panel exposure
• Direct responsibility for researching and reporting on ad platform and industry trends
• Manage internal office (supplies, upkeep, landlord, internet, equipment, etc.)
• Maintain internal and external meeting schedule
• Manage convention schedule
Performance Measurement Criteria
• Salesforce Salesforce – Daily accuracy of Salesforce account/forecasting details Sales Process management and accuracy
Salesforce feature research, implementation, and effectiveness
• Marketing Communications Timeliness of client meeting outreach and follow-up Timeliness of social media updates and information Timeliness of client and agency forward planning for ad initiatives and outreach
Quality and effectiveness of Media 360 hosted events (in person and via web)
• Technology Robustness of Media 360 Salesforce relative to overall Salesforce capabilities Quality of Media 360 web site
Overall effectiveness, impact and objective measurement of results from Media 360 use of technology
Requirements – College degree, knowledge of Salesforce.com, knowledge of social media, highly organized, base knowledge of internet and wireless, ability to multi-task, ability to communicate via phone, in-person and mail at a high level
Compensation – Commensurate with background, domain knowledge and ability.
Work Schedule – Full time (may consider flex work schedule for the right candidate)
